Many of our products are handmade, custom, or made-to-order (including personalized gifts, apparel, and 3D-printed items). Because they're crafted individually, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and part of the charm of a handmade product.
Custom Orders & Accuracy
For personalized items, you're responsible for providing accurate spelling, names, colors, and details at checkout. We create items exactly as submitted, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep our shop accurately stocked, but occasionally an item may become unavailable after you've ordered — if that happens, we'll contact you right away to offer a substitute, a wait time, or a full refund.
Payment
